CogniTrack: Reaction Time Test

Ever wonder whether your mind is as sharp as usual — or if fatigue is quietly slowing you down?

CogniTrack gives you an objective answer. Using a scientifically validated reaction time test, you can measure your mental alertness in under a minute and track how it changes throughout the day.

HOW IT WORKS

When a visual cue appears on screen, tap as fast as you can. Your reaction times reveal how alert and focused you are in the moment — no guesswork, no subjective ratings.

The test is powered by the Psychomotor Vigilance Test (PVT), the same method used by NASA, the US military, and sleep researchers worldwide to assess sustained attention and fatigue.

SET YOUR PERSONAL BASELINE

Start by taking a 10-trial baseline test when you're fully rested — ideally first thing in the morning. This establishes your personal "best" reaction time as a reference point.

Then use quick 6-trial checks throughout the day to see how you compare. Are you still sharp after lunch? How about late in the evening? After that extra cup of coffee? Now you'll know for sure.
