I just successfully sold Bitcoin using this app/wallet. The app is easy to use. Customer support by email and phone are excellent. It was very convenient to find 3 coin cloud BTC atm machines all located within 5 miles from me. The only problem I had was the first two ATMs didn't have cash to dispense at the moment I was there, and it wasn't clear to me at the time why it wasn't working. Calling support, she texted me the address where I could go. I withdrew cash successfully!

The fiat to crypto price is so high. I bought $160 and got $130.00 in Bitcoin at the Bitcoin ATM. The app is easy to use but the price is just a rip off. Coinflip is a better Bitcoin ATM. The only thing this ATM is good for is the promos

I bought bitcoins and my purchase was verified but 10 days later it still doesn't show up in my wallet. Have tried contacting support and get no response so apparently am just out over $100. Use caution if you use this app.

Fraud company selling bitcoins. These ATMs are all a scam, they charge a huge fee to even move BTC out of the wallet. The fee is usually so ridiculously large for these ATMs that you get less than 1/2 return on investment in actual bitcoin. I put $30 in a coin cloud machine once and with their incredible fees, I only got a whopping $9 back in BTC moving wallets. Even companies like coinbase don't have fees this ridiculously high- they're less than a couple dollars max to move between wallets.
