This app has been super helpful for keeping track of my cold showers. Very easy to use. Although I do have one suggestion to make it even better. While the monthly summary is great, it would be more helpful to see a weekly summary. For optimal health benefits it's suggested to have a minimum of 11 minutes of cold exposure per week. So since my goals are weekly, a weekly summary would be incredibly helpful too.

Nice app, I like that it saves ambient temperature and location. The monthly statistics are nice too. Ads can be a bit overwhelming. Suggested improvements: 1. Allow ability to save heart rate. 2. allow keyboard entry for temps, or greatly reduce the scroll range of temps. Too many options. 3. greatly reduce the subscription costs. This is a simple tracking app and doesn't sync with cold plunge systems. Also add a lifetime option. I am willing to pay to remove ads, but not at the current rate

So, it's a nice application, but it needs some improvements. 1) The time that is loading in every screen change, or after I press save in an edit, it is 5s. 2) A water default temperature would be helpful. 3) The default delay always get reset, every day. Practically that cancel its use. 4) I want to write down some notes, to remember some of my experience at the note tab. But I can't. I want it to be, just a note, not a bath with a note, or a swim in a like with a note.

Good idea, but the app is freaking weird. I put in the temp of the water I did a cold plunge, save it. And it changes it. Every time. I put in 58 degrees, it changes it to 14, or 57.9. Anything but what I typed in. Very annoying. And even when you edit it, same thing. And you have to watch an add just to edit or save something.
