I used this app in 2020, and it was centered more on helping you learn the methods but now, in 2026, the app is trying to sign me up for subscriptions, has very limited free assistance. Seems a lot less about sharing knowledge and making healthy life practices available to everyone. Feels like more of a cash grab when I installed it 6 years later. I will go find a free breathing assist app.

Today's update (June 3,2026, on Android) has a bug. I can't access my 4 remaining Guided Breathing exercises.

Big fat one star for stealing my money and not giving me a refund when I canceled it. The payment should have never happened, and they don't allow refunds. So their stealing my money. Awesome.
