Fantastic app. I warned the developers of the Wim Hof app that someone was going to come along and create a better app, because they were getting greedy. I paid for full WHM app, and then they changed the app, and I lost access and had to pay again (a lot more, too!). It was really unethical how they handled that. So glad someone made an even better app that is ad-supported or optionally paid. Great job and really fantastic app! Works perfectly with a ton of settings customizations.

I give 4 stars as a personal preference, otherwise this app deserves 5. Personally I like the wim hof animated breathing timer, also Wim does have a very soothing voice. Aside from that, it would be nice (and again Wim Hof's app has great music) if there was background music that changed by round to help take your focus off the difficulty of breath holds and help further relax you and focus on breathing. Other than those things I personally enjoy this app, I just play music in thr background.

Recording for a few days. Information lost and the app shuts down in moddle of cycle. Was going to purchase but not alot of confidence in this
