Chinese Ai garbage and Chinese pop steel products. Subpar. Leaks like CRAZY. They do not offer refunds, exchanges or anything other than taking your money. Horrible company. Absolutely disgusting people. They know their products are so inferior they had to make a simple touch app, so you could reorder them once a month when they inevitably leak and break. Buy TAL water bottles. Far superior quality and design

1 - Most items are 'sold out' 2 - Clicking on an item like the eclipse design takes you to an item that is not the eclipse bottle nor does the eclipse design listed as an option 3 - Popups In the app say 'use the app' and clicking it takes you to the app on the app store 4 - the personalize option is there OneNote but when you return to the same product it isn't Overall a very poorly designed app, and it feels like coldest is no longer worried about selling a good bottle, just trying to be trendy.
