COLLEMO: Photocard & Merch Log

Photocards, acrylic stands, buttons, plushies. COLLEMO logs your growing pile of fan merch with photos, by bias and by type, so you always know what you own, how many of each, and how much you have spent.

Free, with no limit on how many items you can add. No account needed.

- Log by bias, status and quantity
Tag each item with your bias and filter your collection by bias.
Choose from four statuses: Owned, Preordered / Not Yet Arrived, Wishlist and For Trade.
Own more than one of the same item? Record the quantity, shown as ×2 right on the list.
Add up to 10 photos per item, or let an emoji and color stand in.

- Check before you double-buy
When you add an item, COLLEMO shows how many with the same name you already have. A handy check before buying more random or blind merch.

- Stats
See your items on hand, preorders, total spent and wishlist at a glance, with breakdowns by bias, by category and by month.

- Browse and filter
Switch between grid and list view. Filter by bias, category and status. Select several items and delete them at once. Pin the ones you look at most to Favorites.

- What you can record
Title, bias, status, quantity, category, condition, tags, description, purchase price, current value, purchase date, place of purchase, storage location and URL.

- Search
Search across titles, notes, tags, categories, biases, storage locations and places of purchase.

- Notes alongside your merch
Jot down trade arrangements or items you missed out on, in the same timeline. Notes can be linked to an item.

- Categories made for fan merch
Acrylic Stands, Buttons, Photocards & Trading Cards, Plushies, Paper Goods, and CDs & Discs come ready to use. Add and edit categories and tags freely.
