After new [forced] update, can't log in. not getting push notification anymore, so I can't even log in on a browser. The support phone number just takes me to an automated menu to check my balance by phone. Beyond unusable

AM NOT HAPPY There are issues with the app. It just locked me out of my account after I used biometrics. Then totally locked me out by not using my password. If no STARS were an option, THAT would be how I feel about UMPQUA as a whole. GIVE ME BACK MY COLUMBIA BANKING SYSTEMS! THIS IS BULL! Edit 7.18.2026 App has locked me again. It made me change my access then locked me out! I'm ready for a new bank entirely. This has Ump qua written all over it.
