The only thing right now is the fact that when you pay a bill in bill pay, you cannot pay multiple bills at a time. Just one at a time, need to fix that

AM NOT HAPPY There are issues with the app. It just locked me out of my account after I used biometrics. Then totally locked me out by not using my password. If no STARS were an option, THAT would be how I feel about UMPQUA as a whole. GIVE ME BACK MY COLUMBIA BANKING SYSTEMS! THIS IS BULL! Edit 7.18.2026 App has locked me again. It made me change my access then locked me out! I'm ready for a new bank entirely. This has Ump qua written all over it.

Slow to update. Weekends are even slower or will update on Monday afternoon. Mobile deposit works after a few tries. It crashes or displays wrong account amounts. I've been locked out due to the app suddenly not recognizing my phone as a trusted device. I've been locked out due to the app recognizing my personal account as a commercial account and wanted a certain numeric code given to me by a different app. My mortgage has me locked with this sucky bank

I've never had to deal with as much nonsense as with this app. Same phone number, same Wi-Fi, yet I need to go in branch to be able to reset my log in because I had to replace my phone itself. Absolutely insane waste of my lunch break, thank you for that.
