I enjoy having all of my shipments in one place and the app itself is beautiful in dark mode and has a nice bit of information. As far as the company itself? I've always been skeptical of these mail insurance type things and nearly skipped out on paying for it. But I will say I'll be buying After ship protection any time it's offered because they just saved me over $100 due to some loser taking my package or the driver screwing up. 2 days later a new order was shipped. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! TTY!

After using After Ship for years, they have finally integrated ads into your shipment info pages with no option to remove them. I would be happy to pay a one-time fee to remove these as they are disruptive.

Practically abandoned. #1 complaint: I'm so sick of it importing Amazon orders automatically. It's useless now that they don't include the actual product name in the email, and tracking doesn't even work in my area where Amazon exclusively uses USPS! In addition to having the list cluttered with tons of unnamed entries that never update, I have to spend much effort manually cleaning up 5-10 Amazon orders a week. I'm close to my wits end with this 6+ months outdated app.
