Amazing. I cannot recommend this app enough. It's a fantastic tool that allows you to control the timing down to the millisecond of inhale, exhale, and any pauses you want in between. The sound is great at guiding you through the breath. It also can run in the background, which I do when using a different app to measure HRV. With the help of this app my HRV average has raised 30 points over the past 6 months.

Update: 12. 29.23. New version no longer functions as I very much need. I play the tone at low volume in the background while I do other things. I'm watching a YouTube instructional video, and the tone causes the video to pause now. When this is fixed I'll go back to 5 stars. OP: Fantastic! Minimal ads on the free version. Helping my chronic illness, CFS/ME. Can adjust volume, run other apps while tasking on phone. Or of course, in the real world. Follow me at insta, jill.lorraine

Positively hate the new version. Crashes regularly, less function in free version, regularly have to redo all the settings. 2 thumbs down, will use a different app.

This app used to be simple and good. Now it's enshitificated to the point where I'm embarrassed to share it with others. Features were removed and put behind a €4 monthly subscription just to force people to pay. Edit: reply to the gaslighting owner's reply...; App version 2.3.3 came with 2x free profiles or unlimited profiles if you paid €2.79 AFTER updating to the latest version you cannot create a second profile without a €4 monthly subscription. Your claim is FALSE
