Where are you guys? It seems like the app has been abandoned. I no longer get the tips plus. I got the paid version. Perhaps it's time to uninstall since there's no updates or responses from the developers.

Last updated in July, and no updates to hacking and present worldwide security issues or recent news concerning spyware ...used to get updates to such events weekly at least. Is this product still actively supported and maintained?

Downgrading my rating for this reason alone. I purchased lifetime vip when you first started the app. Since newer version my account not recognized and keeps doing pro upgrade request and has me on free platform. I should be grand fathered into lifetime without payments. Can you assist?

I hate to have to drop to 1 star because I honestly have no problem with how the app works. However, I have been trying to get help for like 2 years now about getting ads even though I had a subscription for Pro for ad-free. I'm done now. Subscription is canceled. They never answer my emails, ever so they don't deserve my support any longer.

I canceled my subscription and downloaded Certo, much better and much better, and ad-free. I've been a member of Incognito Pro for more than 2 years. But lately, I'm getting a lot of ads, my meaning is that ad that gets stuck on the screens, and it's not easy to take it off the screen. I thought the Pro version was ad-free, but it seems not to be anymore. Also, please I don't need your apologies, Incognito Pro is supposed to be an anti-spyware and informative program, not an advertising company.
