Platform did not verify my bank account even as I give them bank confirmation. It is the same account which I used to deposit my cash. Deposit was not problem for them but now my money is trapped.

The app works very badly for me. It's hard to start, like a car from the 1970s. It displays "Trading 212 Build Wealth Every Day" dimly, forever! If I swipe the app away and retry, repeatedly, eventually it starts. I've tried the normal fixes e.g. clearing the cache, clearing all the data, and reinstalling. Update: With a new phone, a later OS, a clean installation of everything, it's still doing this. And if I succeed, it logs off again. Trading 212 are VERY bad at writing software.

Market data is wrong for far too many stocks!! I've raised this with the support teams too numerous times but nothing has been done. Far too many stocks have incorrect data like market cap, Financials etc. which can be terrible for investors who trust the figures on the app. You have to look at Google to verify the data before you look at the investing in specific stocks. I'm not sure where they are getting their data feed from but other than the major ones most of the small caps have wrong data

Unable to add funds via HSBC. Just gets stuck on waiting for HSBC even though I've already approved it in their app. It's really annoying and inconvenient
