Sometime doesn't track my trip and I had to pay just to contact support and when I showed them my trip was tracked but didn't give me the milage they did nothing. I drive for 8 to 12 hours so when one of those aren't tracking on manual or auto it really sucks. Edit response actually yeah you do force people to pay to contact support because your contact button in the app is greyed out with a premium symbol, and we have to pay just to use that

Been using this app for a year now for my cleaning business, the free version. I was always able to track my mileage, and it calculates it, and it was easy to use. Lately it has been acting up, and it doesn't have an update. The app will not calculate the distance between trips. For example, it says for a trip that my gps maps says is 20 miles the trip log app says 0. Very frustrating. It used to be good to use. Im not sure what happened.
