Best app of this type! Always just works for what I use it for. . . Showing the signal band in my status bar and notifications. Also checking signal strength. Always seems accurate.

Great update! Really needed this one. You seemed to have fixed, or at least found a workaround to the Android bug (or dated cell info) regarding T-MoUSA and NR41 showing as, if I remember correctly, NR38 (IMT-E) on my Galaxy s22+. So far, so good! But yea, as someone else said below, the cell strength in the notification icon above (not the pull down, signal strength shows normally there) doesn't display anymore after the A13/One UI 5.0 update recently.

Great app. Great for adding notes to your PCI numbers so that you have a good idea of which towers you're seeing when you're traveling. Anyway, I bought the Pro version to support a well-made app that helps you visualize what's going on around you. I USB tether at home to my computer. This is the quickest way to find out if I am on the LTE 700 MHz B12 band or if I'm on the LTE 1900 MHz B2 band. Currently, B2 pings great and downloads faster. I see many other bands elsewhere. Fun app!

Device is LG Stylo 5 with Metro PCS. I use this app for one purpose, to know when I lose/regain the LTE signal when I'm driving in areas without a strong connection. App does not make an alert sound when LTE connection is found (though it does when the LTE connection is lost). This makes the app entirely useless to me. Please help.

In recent overheating occurred due to the following reasons: - Multi-window mode -multiple pkg launches - High radio data consumption in verv weak network Then after 2026-05-30 17:19:17 ... fast charging also contributed to the heating. This is a normal case of overheating. Other than this in previous instances of overheating: High CPU load by "com.signal.android". This needs to be optimized from the third party app side. This happens on the galaxy s26 plus

Why do I have to keep location turned on just to have dBm in notification bar?

Doesn't work on pixel 5a. The lite version works but pro version just says no connection.
