I like Books Run. Have been using it for quite some time. I do have one comment. Sometimes they give a high quote on a book. Soon after they send a little box to check to ask if the book has damage. Each time I've submitted a more expensive book the book has been like-new, so I didn't check the box. After a day or so, if I haven't completed listing my books to sell or haven't accepted the offer, the offered price is reduced One book had an initial offer or $20 something, then went to .58 cents!

Be careful. I received a book that was in a pretty bad shape, but given the relatively low rent price, thought you get what you pay. I returned the book more than 2 weeks earlier than expected and just got charged an extra fee of same price of rent for 3 months bc of" water damage". No picture or proof. No other explanation, just a charge. Rent through Amazon. If you rent through this website, take pics of the book when you receive it, and when you send it back. Not worth the headache!

I have been using this and another app to resale book that I get from various sources. Its better than most places to resale, but it honestly asks more from you then its competitors. For example You have to weigh out your books before you package them because you can't have a single package over 40lbs. Most other competitors take the approach of if you get them in a box we'll cover shipping. The only thing they are competive on is the price, and the QR code shipping labels.
