The app used to work well on my Samsung S21. I now have a Samsung S24 Ultra and the app keeps crashing when I transfer money. I shut the phone down and started it again and this helped, but now even this doesn't work. I have now reinstalled the app and waiting for a new letter to activate. I'm thinking there is a bug. But when the app is working, it is very efficient! And works very well.

Phototan is almost unusable in S24 ultra, it keeps crashing all the time, and I have to restart the phone to approve. Plz fix this.

All of a sudden the app stopped working permanently. While trying to reinstall it, I was asked for a new activation letter, which (the old letter didn't work, app says it expired). In result, I effectively lost access to my bank account for an unknown period of time, as now I need to send a letter to the bank by post and wait for their letter (only to install the app, hoping it will start working afterward).

Unfortunately, the app-to-app functionality has stopped working, which makes mobile banking with Commerzbank extremely limited and frustrating.
