If you want an app that holds your hand, looks pretty and dumb and automatically syncs to bank accounts and does it all for you, this is not for you. This is an app for people who want to have their hands IN their budgeting. I LOVE this app, I LOVE the layout (I am an Excel lover) and I use it every single day for every single transaction.

I've been using this app for over a decade now. I manually balance my bank accounts every month, so I know exactly what I have to spend in each envelope. No overdrafts! Love the 20 free envelopes only wish I could use them how I wanted instead of 10 monthly and 10 goals, just characterized to my needs. Otherwise, a great app

I love this app, it was a game changer for staying on budget, but I hate that when I scroll down in my transactions, it jumps back to the top. I have to scroll down twice for it to stay. And if I toggle between apps (my credit card app, for example, to add transactions to good budget), it jumps to back to the top again. Very frustrating when I am trying to determine which transactions have not been entered into good budget.

I'm glad there was a trial - though it didn't have enough envelopes. But the user interface is terrible. This app needs some serious work on the user experience. It's 2026, this looks it was written in 1996. The mobile app isn't clear, text overwrites display. It doesn't scale to screen. I heard good things about this app - but I don't know who was writing those reviews now. It's, a quick uninstallation for me.

Doesn't work. Has random transactions I never set and can't delete, keeps duplicating income and doesn't allow me to clear the envelopes to start a new budget. Useless for its purpose. Guess I'll stick to excel

It's hard to edit anything when the web version doesn't reflect what the app has. I have 9 envelopes on the app, but somehow only 5 on the web. This app should be more user-friendly.
