I see you have improved the app. I like all the helpful info on how to do things without hurting yourself after surgery. I had to figure that out for myself last time. The exercise app is very helpful especially because I can do it at home. It's simple. I appreciate being able to communicate with a care team 24 hours a day. My care team has messaging disabled, so this app has limited functionality for me. Medication tracking and exercise tracking is all I could use it for, if it did those well. The biggest problem is that the built-in medication tracker appears to have a 50 entry limit, and once exceeded starts trimming earlier entries. Very poor design. The exercise tracking is a little kludge to use, but works. The care instructions are pretty generic and reminders about them can be a bit excessive.

THE CONCEPT IS GREAT HOWEVER THIS APP IS NEVER WORKING CORRECTLY I'VE BEEN A MEMBER OF THIS APP FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO SEND A MESSAGE CUZ IT'S TELLING ME THAT ONE TIME SCIENCE CAN'T SEND MESSAGES WHAT IS THIS RIDICULOUS AND EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOG OUT IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO LOG OUT THEN IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO LOG IN AND IT'LL TELL ME THAT MY BRAND-NEW PASSWORD THAT I JUST MADE UP IT'S NOT CORRECT THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME ❗

Could be so much better. Navigation is really cumbersome. Instead of being able to input info directly from the screen where the information is requested, it takes multiple clicks to get where you need to go. The exercise log is so time-consuming to use that I gave up after just a few days. Some post-op exercises are questionable! 7 days post-op hip replacement, 2 of the exercises require getting down on the floor. 🤔 Obviously the developers have never tried using the app, or they would fix it.

1)sometimes when creating message to the team, the cursor constantly resets to the upper left. 2)also the keyboard and the space above the keyboard block the message such that I can't see what is typed. 3)while viewing a message from care team the screen won't rotate to enable easier reading. Diagram embedded in the text can't be enlarged therefore the smaller font of the diagram can't be read easily.
