Rarely works well. Often crashes, loses messages, has locked my phone (Samsung) countless times as it freezes. Useful for what it does but absolutely inconsistent in how it works.

This product appears to be integrated with I-prescribe, but it is totally separate and requires one to enter each patients' information individually. I have not been able to use this product as a solo practitioner as it is too cumbersome. My product implementation specialist seemed to ignore my questions and stopped trying to teach me how I could use this product when it was clear that it wasn't integrated with I prescribe. Normally I prescribe support is very good.

Pixel 9 pro user. Extremely unreliable. Fails to notify me half the time, and I have missed critical communication from nurses and others. Despite turning on all notification settings and disabling the battery optimization problem continues to persist. Also, it does not send SMS reminders. Please fix these issues, apparently the iphone variant works much better, as my colleagues with iphone have not had this problem.
