Every time I log in it tells me thank you for downloading the app it resets while sending my doctor a messages and I loose everything I wrote I have to get back in get thanked for downloading the app and start over. So I have found the only way I can message a doctor is to write the message on another app then paste it into spruce app. The interface is really not very intuitive. I have experience using spruce, my health and practice better and spruce is the hardest to use.
