This app has been really great during a time when things have gone remote. The video on both ends are clear! A huge plus is there is never a lag, which is important with appointments such as connecting with my psychiatrist. One last thing is the security of pMD is very high. It definitely makes me feel safe using this app while talking about confidential matters 🙂!

I set up my account for my first appointment, and it was very easy except the knowing to contact my provider after entering my number (I had been told it would ask for approval to use camera etc. - skipped the contact provider part). Once that was figured out, it went very well. Had a test run and everything worked great!

Have had nothing but problems with the app. They blamed the Dr. Haven't used it in a while and got a notice that the Dr. left a message for me. I can't access it because I can't change my password.

I do not have a computer, so I have to get my daughter to do most of the work. I get real confused.

Set up an appt. With my doctor. They told me to use this program and set and appt date by and time. Downloaded the program, it asked for my number and says I have no account. I tried to set up a new account, and it just sits there with no options.

pMD would be so much better if it allowed patients to create an account and engage in video sessions using a laptop or desktop computer.
