This app is absolutely horrible. I keep trying to log in to be ready for my appointment, and it doesn't work. I took screenshots of it. Why do medical offices use such horrible apps? They are based in Massachusetts so that explains a lot. I used to live there.

Restarts all the time. Deletes messages, and you have to start over. It takes hrs to download old msg. Very annoying. 9.3.25 deleted account again had to re-register and download old msg from 5 years ago. Will not let me delete old msg with colleagues that i don't work with anymore.

Only available on cell phones, not available on computers. This is a major inconvenience & an uncomfortable situation when having conferences with anyone - ESPECIALLY PHYSICIANS!!!! I CANNOT UNDERSTAND ANY DOCTORS WHO USE THIS LOUSY PLATFORM TO SOEAK WITH PATIENTS, OR ANYONE ELSE‼️
