Only available on cell phones, not available on computers. This is a major inconvenience & an uncomfortable situation when having conferences with anyone - ESPECIALLY PHYSICIANS!!!! I CANNOT UNDERSTAND ANY DOCTORS WHO USE THIS LOUSY PLATFORM TO SOEAK WITH PATIENTS, OR ANYONE ELSE‼️

Never get alerts about apps. When my provider finally calls me, the app. Opens, but I don't see where to accept the meeting. The provided doesn't wait more than a minute then ends the call. Hate this.

The settings option to allow notifications on my status bar is blocked. Not an efficient messaging app for work. I prefer WhatsApp, but we are forced to use this one.

This app is not user-friendly. It notifies me that I have messages, but I can't access them. My Chart and Athena are much better!

This app is absolutely horrible. I keep trying to log in to be ready for my appointment, and it doesn't work. I took screenshots of it. Why do medical offices use such horrible apps? They are based in Massachusetts so that explains a lot. I used to live there.
