This app is absolutely horrible. I keep trying to log in to be ready for my appointment, and it doesn't work. I took screenshots of it. Why do medical offices use such horrible apps? They are based in Massachusetts so that explains a lot. I used to live there.

The settings option to allow notifications on my status bar is blocked. Not an efficient messaging app for work. I prefer WhatsApp, but we are forced to use this one.

This approach is garbage. No support. No options other than a phone. NOT a secure feeling AT.ALL!

Please update software for fewer clicks. An autofilled default location (for example rr hospital). Also when adding a new charge. Have a button or link that automatically places the date of charge as the day after the last charge our username entered.

This app is not user-friendly. It notifies me that I have messages, but I can't access them. My Chart and Athena are much better!

Never get alerts about apps. When my provider finally calls me, the app. Opens, but I don't see where to accept the meeting. The provided doesn't wait more than a minute then ends the call. Hate this.
