About Total Triage by CareXM App Total Triage by CareXM is a smartphone app for in-home healthcare staff that uses CareXM’s intelligent call routing platform to automatically connect incoming patient calls to caregivers who are available to help instead of interrupting those who are already helping other patients. Staff can select from a variety of availability states as well as schedule future on-call states. Total Triage by CareXM also features built-in HIPAA-compliant secure messaging and real-time staff location mapping for more efficient care visit coordination.
Total Triage by CareXM improved the patient and caregiver experience using intelligent call routing to help overworked in-home care providers focus on caring for the patient in front of them, without being interrupted by other incoming calls.
