Figured out android issue... Stopped alerting, no app notification sound or visual of new alert. Thankfully they sent text there was a new alert. No info through teemed how to fix, had recommendations to check phone settings etc. Did that to no avail. FIX: Uninstall and reinstall app. My entire job is on call. People depend on me to answer quickly. Until this issue would give 5 stars.

Not getting notifications Using Galaxy S6 and notifications are not coming in consistently. Our answering service will call my phone as a result and then messages/notifications "magically" appear. My settings are to NOT timeout, and I do get some msgs. Anyone else has the same problem?

Previously was only intermittently sending notifications, now no longer sending any notifications despite troubleshooting as recommended via settings to override do not disturb, remember me, exempting from optimizing battery use, etc. This is a patient care issue.

Terrible. Dangerous for a physician to have such a poor paging system. It will not make a noise or alert when a page comes in. All settings are correct & it still doesn't work. I have spent so much time on the phone with thr company trying to get it to work. Support is terrible. Each time I call for support they have no record of prior attempts to fix the problems, so I have to reinvent the wheel, explain & try the same fixes that don't work, then say "we'll call back." They don't.
