Unbelievably bad. Dangerous. Bad for patient care. Hostile and/or incompetent. Annoying. Run the other direction! Better off if a pork chop is answering the phone. Technology doesn't work.

Poor training for call center reps. Their vetting process for calls is wildly inconsistent.
