Complete scam. No phone support. And unable to fix issues. Avoid at all cost. Will not refund money after being unable to prescribe meds.

I didn't mind the bugs and general awkwardness of using this app when it was free. But now that I pay hundreds of dollars every year to use it, I expect to get my money's worth. It's nearly unusable since the last update, and I simply don't have time to fiddle with it to get around the bugs every time I need to write a script. Guess I'll start looking for a new service.

Terrible support. Spent hours on hold and tried chat, and they couldn't fix my issue with the app not linking to account management online and EPCS. Don't waste your time or money on their services.
