Terrible support. Spent hours on hold and tried chat, and they couldn't fix my issue with the app not linking to account management online and EPCS. Don't waste your time or money on their services.

Just awful for controlled substances. You have to use another cell phone to put in an authenticator. Imagine that. You have to get another phone to use this app to prescribe cough syrup with codeine. You can't change your DEA address. Just try to get customer support.

Complete scam. No phone support. And unable to fix issues. Avoid at all cost. Will not refund money after being unable to prescribe meds.

I can't get registered to use the app. When I try to sign in with doximity it tells me my account isn't registered. When I creat a username a password, I can get to the page that asks for my role then it won't let me go farther. It says my email is already registered. AAAACG!
