I love having access to so many books and podcasts! I would have given a 5, but the audio has a weird glitch where it will sometimes skip past the first 30 or so seconds of the next chapter/podcast section when it completes the one I'm listening to.

I really love having access to this app. There are so many books that I have listened to and want to listen to. However, the user experience goes back and forth so frequently. One day everything works! Then an update will come and things stop working. I know glitches happen, but I wish I could more reliably go to the app and know that I'll be able to use it as expected. Currently, the search is faulty and frustrating, again.

I've been using this app for over a decade. But after the most recent "update" in May 2025, it's no longer worth the money. I requested assistance. I was told "click here"; "click there" blah blah blah. That was exactly what doing, and it still doesn't work. Totally ridiculous. Why "fix" something that wasn't broken? EDITED JUNE 13, 2026: It's been a year since my first review. The app is still not fixed. According to other reviews, I'm not the only one having issues with the bookmarks.

This app has always been a blessing: to have holy words together in one place is a miracle. But the new app has issues: loss of Quotes Vault (which I used for lesson prep). I haven't been able to get the quad to go to move from scrolling to page mode, which is a big reason I used this app--scrolling chapters mucks things up for me. I've switched to the quad on Kindle. Lastly, stability issues: 25% of my time is now spent doing a forced stop on the app.
