This app is great. Carb counting & meal planning has come a long way in the past 10 years. I'm on a runner's diet for the next two years. It was easy to plug in my nutritional goals and get a daily meal plan. Easy to look up foods as well. User-friendly. Very customizable.

So far I like what it has to offer for free. It has recipes which is a plus you can follow, and it plans possible meals you can eat and try out at each meal of the day. I find it all overwhelming, and it really narrows it down when it comes to seeing what you can eat. Only thing I don't like is the grocery list locked behind a paywall wall when you want to know what to buy ahead of time.

The generator ignores recurring foods and is very hard to use for meal prepping. Hopefully they make the app more usable in the future.

It recommended 894 calories a day which is dangerously low. I'm 152 cm, 52 years old & workout 7 days a fortnight. I walk everywhere & average 12,000 steps a day. My active calorie burn ranges 250-800 per/day unless in bed with a cold or flu. This is seriously ridiculous. I need to lose 2kgs & because it's such a small amount (4.4 lbs), I'm ok with losing it at a quarter kg per/month. That's just 250 calorie deficit per/day. But it obviously did a massive deficit without thought to basic health.

I don't know why they think you're psychic. Most people have jobs and the meals they eat are prepared the day before. Unless you buy their "premium" version, you don't get to see meals or grocery lists until the day comes. Yeah, I could just use the current day plan for tomorrow, but it still doesn't show the grocery list for each item on one screen.
