Used the app for 20 months, love it only complained....can you please remove Optimize stops option when someone starts scanning please, or move it away from sequence scanning, fat fingers and having to manually sort it is a pain in the...

After last update there is bug when you moving stops from the map manually it mixed up numbers horrible please investigate and fix

App logs you out when switching between maps and app. POD photos taken an unnecessarily long time to capture, by time it takes the photo the customer has already got the parcel and closed the door. So it makes it hard to meet compliance. Scanning parcels take way too long at depot, the delay when scanning the wrong barcode is unbearable. Optimizer is ok, not great. This app has the potential to be so much better than it currently is.

Optimization is not reliable! Scan a parcel without the address ruins the sequence. WHY NOT SHOW GPS LOCATION ON TOUR MAP!!! AND WHY DO WE NEED TO GO BACK TO PLAN AND LOAD TO SEE TOUR MAP?!.. APP CRASHES ATLEAST TWICE A DAY.
