Love this PW App! Been using it for years, but finally got the Pro Version and so happy with it. Pros: -EZ to use/Intuitive! -Many fields (Acct, Website, Encrypted PW) for the free version, but recommend paying $ for the Pro (Add customized fields, Attached images, & Set Labels/Categories) -Unlimited saves to local & cloud storage -1 time fee Cons: -Can't move fields by dragging them from bottom to top (next update 🙏🏼) -Name an Image Field when attaching an image -Autosync to cloud

Title: Critical Data Loss Following Update — Unacceptable Risk for a Password Manager I rarely leave reviews, but this situation warrants it. Following the most recent update, my entire password vault appears to have been erased, with the app prompting me to create a new master password as if no prior data existed. This is not a minor inconvenience—this is a fundamental failure of the app’s core responsibility: secure and reliable data storage.

I am all of a sudden unable to get into the account with my password. Yes, I know my password. I have my master password written down for this situation incase I forgot. So that lets me know the password is not wrong. As everyone has said since the update I cant get in. the update may not be the reason, but it started after that. This really sucks because I have so many pw in there. I've sent 2 emails that they put on other reviews, and they have yet to reply.
