Love this PW App! Been using it for years, but finally got the Pro Version and so happy with it. Pros: -EZ to use/Intuitive! -Many fields (Acct, Website, Encrypted PW) for the free version, but recommend paying $ for the Pro (Add customized fields, Attached images, & Set Labels/Categories) -Unlimited saves to local & cloud storage -1 time fee Cons: -Can't move fields by dragging them from bottom to top (next update 🙏🏼) -Name an Image Field when attaching an image -Autosync to cloud

I've been using this password safe for over 15 years. It's reliable and works great, even after 7 or 8 different cell phone upgrades. All I had to do is download the app on the new phone and put in my 4 digit passcode and all my passwords are there as always.

Title: Critical Data Loss Following Update — Unacceptable Risk for a Password Manager I rarely leave reviews, but this situation warrants it. Following the most recent update, my entire password vault appears to have been erased, with the app prompting me to create a new master password as if no prior data existed. This is not a minor inconvenience—this is a fundamental failure of the app’s core responsibility: secure and reliable data storage.

I transferred all my apps to a new phone. The My Password app transferred over, but it was an outdated version. I could not log in, so I tried an old password from 2021. This one worked, but the passwords saved are from 2021...nothing newer. How am I able to get into the newer version I was using? I have lost access to tons of passwords I have saved.

I was a previous PRO lifetime user. Use have all sorts of images attached and do monthly import/export password for security backup. But for whatever reason, since the update, I've been downgraded, and the features are now locked behind paywall asking me to pay for PRO again either through subscription or 59.99AUD. High unethical practice.
