SAFE KEEPING Excellent cloud storage, with considerable storage space which can easily be increased by doing simple tasks like writing this review, choose what you want to back up, and it simply does it for you, you then can restore the data to any device you log in from.

G Cloud Backup is very simple. Download the app, set up an account, choose items to download and run. Larger backup space would be nice but a user can get upwards of 2 GB free and then pocket change for more. Update: 5/27/26 G Coud Backup stopped backing up my phone, but the app states the backup is being done. The online version verified the app is not backing up. Customer Support has not yet been able to provide a solution.

I paid for unlimited pictures several years ago for $100 now they cut my data back, and now I'm out of data for my pictures, and they want me to prove to them that I paid them for unlimited it's a shame that as a buyer I have to go do the research that they should already have in their database for this I would not recommend this company because it lacks of customer service

Why is there no way to delete multiple backups? They must be deleted one at a time to free up space, or you must delete the account and start over. The developer replied that this is for security reasons, but that makes no sense. This is my data and I should be able to delete multiple backups if I want to. When there are hundreds of old backups, forcing me to delete them one at a time is REALLY not user-friendly. The developer did not address my reply that this is NOT a security feature.

I left my original review below, but I'm updating to report that my backup was completely deleted without ANY warnings being sent to me because I had to temporarily cancel my paid subscription for a few months. Garbage policy and garbage people running this app. I've used this app through 3 devices and for several years, and it's never let me down. Easy to use, great storage, and you can easily earn more for free just by doing simple things like following them on Twitter, writing a review, etc.

They deleted my account and I lost all my data... I paid for the unlimited plan just for them to delete it. Total scam. Do not trust some random no name company with your data
