The best cloud storage apps available today.

The team know how cloud backup is good if you lose a file or other things you have on your devices it will download your files, and you know it is safe to do so

★★★★☆ Odette M · Jan 15, 2025

I would like to be able to move items & folders more easily also put shortcuts, so I can store something once but find it in different folders without duplication

★★★★☆ Sherrie Harrison · Aug 21, 2025

I've been using this app for years now and it's pretty good. I like the daily auto uploads as I would forget to back stuff up otherwise. A couple of issues I do have - 1. No capability to delete items from within the app. Due to auto uploads, I do unfortunately have a lot of photos/videos I don't want backed up that I hadn't yet deleted 2. No thumbnail on video files. I have no idea what the content of a video is, so have to download to find out. Fix and you have 5 stars! 🌟

App worked well for a while however the mobile app is now useless, and I've given up with it. Keeps logging itself out and is then extremely difficult to log back in - keeps telling me I've had too many attempts and to wait 15 mins and try again, then same happens again. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting the phone but no better. Password reset link doesn't work either! Shame because it works well on my laptop.

Mobile backup still does not work. Please don't fall into the trap of using and paying for this. Avoid at all costs.

★☆☆☆☆ Caroline Kaye · Aug 1, 2020

Know how back up rarely works, I have now found alternative solutions. You can never get help, it's difficult to use, and does not back up work as claimed. I got fed up, and it's an expensive add-on if is it doesn't work!

Awful product. There's no way to automatically backup document files only photos and videos. You can create folders but can't move files between these folders. It has an outdated music playlist function (which I can't figure how to use), most people use music streaming services these days. File uploads one at a time?? Really basic stuff missing. I'm upset I was bamboozled into buying this, and now I'm stuck with it for 3 years. I will not be renewing. I've marked the date in my calendar.
