Great Backup App! I've used this app for years now. It works seamlessly backing up specific folders on my computers and syncing files across machines while allowing me to pull anything up remotely on my phone. Backs up phone photos too. Recent intro of 2FA is a key feature. I prefer this platform to any other I've used. Best cloud backup for my needs. I don't get all the complainers on here.

So far so good... But why can't I delete a folder I created in the folders section (right under the sugar sync folder)? Kinda irritating. Or I would give these 5 stars. Please fix this. Thanks.

On the android app (version 5.1.0.50), each time I tried to ‘add’ a folder to be synced from the external memory card, the app would immediately crash. The function to sync contents from an external memory card to Sugar Sync needs to be fixed/added. -Edit (31/7): No fix for over 3 months, reported in Apr, essential functionality still broken. Others have reported similar crash. Customer support is a joke. I urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere, you'd be better off with another sync service.

Frustrating that the image viewer won't let me zoom in. The new look and feel is an improvement and this is an extremely useful app I have used for many years and unlike many competitors you can leave their files where they belong rather than having to move them into a special folder for syncing. So all good plus points but on the downside it's horrifically overpriced Google one costs £79.99 in the UK for 2 TB, Sugar sync costs $399 for a 1 year 1 TB plan approx £325 pounds. So per Tb it's £325 Vs 79.99/2 or sugar sync is about *eight times* more expensive. There's really only so long that can last before people migrate to more competitive products.
