Absolutely useless. Nightmare to set up. Used it once to tap on a bus then it crashed and wouldn't work. Tried all the usual troubleshooting. Ordered physical card and this now won't pair to the app. 8 months in Barcelona and I'm still using paper tickets. Lived in many countries. So far behind here.

Wanted to get on a bus in Barcelona. Hell on earth ensues. Had to install 2 different apps, make an account and then for some incredible reason, upload my passport!?!? Having done all that I am given incomprehensible instructions and still couldn't buy tickets and needed to go to a metro station instead! 0/10 just let people load credit on their account using a card without taking their passport to subsequently do nothing!

doesn't work as it should, very very very difficult to get the digital t-mobilitat card to work due to the many errors, most of which are generic and have no details on what went wrong or how to fix it

No use for tourists. Can't buy tickets. A separate ticket app is needed, and you may even have to get a physical card.
