Great user experience, clean design, possibility to stick important features to main screen before log in. I used different apps like PKO BP, Pekao and Millennium, and it's the best one. Chapeau bas!

Application restarts itself on leaving the screen, can't stay in the background, no pasting data on the transfer form is possible (after 2-3 switches between apps). Many tries, no problem with memory on the phone, critical bug. Latest update.

This app forces own custom keyboard while logging in "for security reason", unable to use my password manager. This app forces me to use simple login and password, because app designer decided they know better that I don't need secure access. Time to move on and stop using my Citibank cards after 20+ years.

I can't send money from Euro account to a Polish Zloty account I have to send the Euro to PLN account and then to the persons PLN account. The app is not user-friendly. I am not happy at all. I can't send Euro to my USD Account it's not consumer friendly at all and the customer service line people are nto helpful at all.

Does not let me do online purchases when I put in my valid epin. Support is not in English, which is odd given that they know a lot of users migrated over with Citi. I sent a query and still no response. I also dislike the UX of both the app and the website. Slow. Edit: The response to my review is also not helpful nor addresses my initial review. I can use the app in English but notifications are in Polish. I don't recommend.
