App is so frustrating and clunky to use, especially for new users. To put a book on a shelf is many clicks instead of the dropdown-looking shelf button just behaving like a drop list. Linking Amazon account is pointless as it doesn't even link with Amazons Audible. Having brackets in a shelf name makes whole name kebab case. Settings button show another link to settings within. I wanted the app to manage my library and plans, but it feels like it wants its purpose to be discovery. Bad UX, bad app.

I just switched phone from iOS to Android... and this app sucks! It's better in iOS. You can't switch book edition, you can't search a book by ASIN, you can't see your progress of the books you're currently reading (like you need to open the book to see the progress bar, really?!). Can you at least update it to make it the same with iOS app functionality?

App never works correctly, regularly glitches or freezes, hasn't had a proper software/bug update in years (excluding random font changes), & customer support is incompetent. If you read a book twice in the same year & correctly log it, the year in review only recognizes it once & will display incorrectly. Reading challenges frequently break, so you have to re-add the qualifying book multiple times. Staff are aware of but never actually fix anything. Don't waste your time, just use Story Graph.

This app is so annoying I am able to see the cover of the book, but I am not able to read it and its books are going in reading list I cannot see content or index anything

Keeps giving me an error when I try to rate the books I've read. How is this going to help recommend new books? I was looking for an app to recommend books based on my reviews I've given from books I've read. This is not it. Just recommends the same books. Nothing new or good. Waste of my time.
