I love Groupon, but I wish they'd give you longer to get a refund. Three days isn't long enough, especially when you're trying to get a beauty appointment, I bought a lash Groupon on couldn't get ahold of the owner to make an appt, so 4 days later I asked Groupon for a refund and was told no because it's been longer than 3 days. It should at least extend to 5 days.

It’s a scam. I purchased a deal for Duo mo Restaurant, but I was never able to make a booking. The only way to contact support or leave a review is to mark the voucher as used, even though I never actually used it. I contacted customer support but never received a response. I’ve lost my money, and after this experience, I won’t trust or use this app again.

All expired purchases have been removed deom my account? I thought Groupon never expired, but doesn't explain how I'm missing at least 8 expired purchases. I'm extremely pissed and won't spend anymore money with this Company.

Groupon, just stole one hundred dollars from me. I purchased a Groupon, and the description was unclear. It said it was for two people. But that meant a guide and one passenger. So I need to buy a different Groupon for 2 passengers, so I tried to do that, but they will not give me my money back from the one passenger that we cannot use. Even though the t v company said that they were happy to do it groupon, will not. They offered me ten percent of my $ back, so they just made $90 for nothing
