I have no issues with the app. It's working perfectly fine. I'm able to add and make changes when needed. I can scan and redeem the vouchers. This has grown our business, and we're able to reach out to more customers than ever before. I highly recommend using Groupon as they have paid customers coming in, unlike other platforms (yelp), showing you analytics, but there is no guarantee that you have paid customers walking through your door.

Groupon takes 50% on services that businesses are already offering a discount on. You can spend that money on ads and marketing instead and gain full price paying clients instead of wasting your money on Groupon clients who most likely will never come back to pay full price.

Not fair model for business owners and unable to adjust our own campaigns. They take the extra promo discounts from the business owner shares and keep the entire 50% split for themselves. If someone buys a voucher the business owner sees none of that money if the person does not use it on top of the extra discount they take. Would be a great service if they were less greedy and worked cooperatively with the business owner to set the campaigns that please the business owner as well.

Groupon has to be the worst company to run specials with. This is why you don't want a monopoly because they'll charge you all this money and absolutely do nothing. I've been trying to set up my campaign since November 8th, I've lost tons of revenue at my business because I'm trying to draw in clients, and these idiots keep asking me for a license that's three time zones away, and I don't even have anymore. Please avoid these people at all costs. This is the definition of dropping the ball
