Love the service, been with the company for a couple of years now and have no complaints, boxes on time, ingredients good, the few times I had any problems' customer service was quick & courteous to try and resolve the issue. Recent app changes? MINUS. Where is my allergen filter? I used to be able to browse for non-wheat meals immediately, now the filter is gone I slog through the whole list. And I regularly check back on my last delivered to plan my week, now I need 5 menues to get there. Why?!

I would give it 0 if I could! My experience was such a HUGE disappointment!! I wanted to see the recipes before I committed, but you can't without creating an account, so 7.so needless to say I DID NOT MAKE ANY CHOICES OR DID I ORDER AT THE TIME. Next day I received not 1,but 2 charges! For $110 and $77 next day it happened AGAIN!! Same amounts. Week later I received 3 meals that were NOTHING we could or would eat, they finally refunded $110, then quit responding to me. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a very disappointing experience with HelloFresh. I cancelled all of my upcoming orders, yet HelloFresh automatically placed a new order on my behalf without my consent. I contacted customer support multiple times and repeatedly asked them to cancel the order, but they refused. What made the experience even worse was being told that the only way to stop receiving meal boxes was to completely cancel my account. They said that otherwise they would continue placing orders automatically.

Order if you want them to steal your money. I ordered and paid for a box to be delivered on July 26th. I paid $70 for this box I was notified it would be delayed by 2 days. Now I'm told, it's just not coming. I never received a box, and they refuse to refund me!!! This is literally fraudulent theft. Hellofresh stole my money and refused to give me the product or a refund!!! If I could give zero Stars I would. I have to contact my bank to reverse their charges
