Love the service, been with the company for a couple of years now and have no complaints, boxes on time, ingredients good, the few times I had any problems' customer service was quick & courteous to try and resolve the issue. Recent app changes? MINUS. Where is my allergen filter? I used to be able to browse for non-wheat meals immediately, now the filter is gone I slog through the whole list. And I regularly check back on my last delivered to plan my week, now I need 5 menues to get there. Why?!

Adding the ability to sort weekly meals by Prep time, Protein content, and the other filters, as well as adding headers to show when last a meal was ordered is quite literally such a game changer that it forced me to come leave this review. THANK YOU! That literally makes the App a 10/10, as well as the ability to import recipes into the cookbook, makes this such a nice app to use now.

First box was ok, second box didn't deliver on the requested date when I'm home to receive it, they tried to change it to the following day when I'd be at work. I'd rather not have a box of food sitting out in the sun for hours on end. Got disconnected from live help agents 4 times while trying to resolve the issue. Good when everything works, but the first problem compounds tremendously. Done with HelloFresh

I wouldn't recommend it. They charged me for a box I didn't want when they are closed, so I couldn't cancel the box. Now I am out 120 dollars and getting food I do not want or need. Food will end up in the trash. DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT

The customer service is extremely unhelpful. The meals are okay, but there are far better meal services out there
