Fresh Ingredients & Ample Portions What can I say? I did A LOT of online research before trying out a meal delivery service. On flavor and portion size, this one appeared to be one of the best. ~ I'm pleased to share that it was. Yes. There were some mishaps, but they corrected them via credits. Also, their shopping partners are sus 😳 but, besides for the Tempo meals I accidentally purchased (they were GROSS)? If I ever discover a tree that grows money? This will be my "staple". 😄

I get the already made microwave meals & they are so very delicious!! They have various dishes that chefs perfectly make. I was worried that they were going to be the usual microwave small meals that are more like snacks than a meal, but I was pleasantly relieved that they're actual fulfilling meals that taste incredible! I do the salt & pepper thing for my own taste buds but otherwise the seasoning is on point!! I highly recommend Home Chef / Tempo food delivery. 10/10 will continue to order.

Horrible Experience I signed up for a meal plan on a Friday. Thet make you pay before you can see the meals. I had chosen the vegetarian option. When I got to the meals, several were meat. There were no substitutions for this. I tried to pause the membership less than 10 minutes after I signed up because they did not offer what they said they would. I was informed that all orders made after noon on a Friday can not be cancelled. Horrible customer service

App was pretty easy to use, issue now is I'm on Monday of my first order, still waiting on my meal, ordered 6 meals to make during the week, but It's now 8pm on Monday night with no meal to make, because they used OnTrac as the shipper (who is notoriously careless), will update my rating when I have tried the food itself but using OnTrac as a shipper is very discouraging as a whole, especially when dealing with perishable items.

The app worked fine, it Home Chef-Tempo that was disgusting. Ready-made meals by Tempo, so spicy it burns my mouth every bite and my husband and I, do not like hot spicy food and ale dente cooked string beans!

The free dessert is a lie. They are able to select meals for you every week, but you have to go in and select the free dessert by hand every week. Otherwise they will select a dessert at regular price. And most weeks there is no free dessert option. Do not fall for this!
