Starting from Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Google disabled the possibility to edit WiFi networks created with different applications (issue 191713).
For this reason, if you are a Marshmallow user and want to install my app, please understand that it will not work as expected, so please don't leave a bad rating!
If you like WiFi Priority Manager and other apps allowing user to edit WiFi networks, please comment on the official Issue page: https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=191713
