Updated to 5 stars: I've been using this app since Medisafe switched to a subscription, and it has most things I need (multiple meds, refill alerts, 180-day history). I've also found the auto-adjusting interval schedule option very useful. AND the premium has a one-time payment option! The only thing I miss is a preemptive snooze feature to pre-snooze reminders for days when I know I won't be able to take the meds until later (e.g. because I'm going out until late)

My husband uses this app. His needs are complicated - 1 pill on different days of the week; 1 pill once a month only; 1 pill twice a day but varying dosage - this app handled it all. So, he paid for Premium. But, it can’t handle changing the time to take 2 pills from 17:00 to 17:50. Looking over the history since downloading the app, it shows the pills for earlier days as in the new time but now in red and not taken - when he had taken them at the previous time! Accurate reporting is a must!

I don't understand WHY you removed functionality with your last app update. Specifically I am no longer able to personalize or name notifications. Further, I don't want my meds on blast ie plastered across my screen every time I get a reminder. I am frequently in public when reminders pop up, and I'm NOT interested in random people reading what meds I'm taking. Lastly, reminders are sluggish to dismiss. I want functionality and speed returned to your app.

Since the latest Samsung Android update, in June 2025, the Full Screen notification does not work. I believe it's a permissions' problem.
