The Hero Medication Dispenser is the best decision I've ever made when it comes to storing/dispensing my meds. My Hero keeps count of my pills. It lets me know when I need a refill. The dispenser is Wi-Fi operated. So it sends reminders to my phone when it's time for my medication. My Hero has an app that controls various features. It also holds up to ten medications that you can control with a pin. So I encourage anyone who's tired of the pill boxes/setting reminder purchase one!

The Hero medication dispenser is the best thing to ever happen to me. I've had it about five yrs. I take multiple medications at different times throughout the day. With the Hero I don't have to worry about if I'm going to remember to take my medication or not. Because the Hero sends me a reminder before it's time to take my meds. And the best thing about the Hero medication dispenser is it has a mobile app that allows me to access my machine anywhere in the U.S. I highly recommend Hero.

New update broke the app. Machine works, but you cannot update med changes since you cannot access the app. Hard to get support when you enter an error loop when you log in.

Worst Experience Ever!, DO NOT get this App or device, if you have it return it!! They charge a crazy amount for subscription service. There is no customer portal online every this is force to be done through the app, which is horrible. I cant get my insulin because FSA wants a receipt for HERO annual subscription which I have no access to!!!!

Customer support is garbage! This is a machine designed to dispense medication. Good luck getting a hold of a human to help you with any issues. If you like chatting with AI that gives simple solutions that you've already tried, go for it. Otherwise save your money. Good luck canceling, because they'll just direct you to the same AI chatbot that won't help anything. Edit:replying to Hero Health's response-I have called, I have emailed, left messages, waited for your AI chat for over 2 hours.
