They recently updated this app and everything is so much better now! Used to be hesitant to use this on my phone/tablet, but the new experience is great. I can easily get stuff done on the fly wherever I am.

Doesn't match the iOS version in feature parity. Makes it hard to work x-platform.

App frequently refuses to open. It also shows many documents in an unreadable size - although it's better for notifications (when it opens) than the computer is. To get the best out of OnBoard, you need to hope the app is prepared to open when you have a notification but use a computer with a huge screen for documents (far bigger than a laptop), and even then, the user experience is far from smooth

Trying to actually read documents in this or the web app is the most frustrating experience ever. Why can't I download to read in a tool that actually works? Where are the accessibility features such as read aloud? I dread having to review materials every month because of how horrible this is
