I’m very happy with my Sabra headset. The fit is comfortable and secure, even during extended use. The functions are simple and easy to use, and the sound controls are excellent. I especially love the HearThrough feature, which makes it easy to hear what’s going on around me without removing the headset. Sound quality is clear, and overall it has been a great experience. I wish this Sabra+ set just did one thing well, it seems to want to do lots of stuff. When all I actually want us a quality set of noise-cancelling headphones. Not a bunch of moments, and unexpected mushy noises as it suddenly allows say the noise of my PCs cooling fan kicking in. I jumped out of my skin, when a loud hissing started up. Thankfully this is rare, and they are pretty good. Only when they are told to be quiet, and stay quiet. I would miss them if they suddenly stopped working.

Got a pair of Sabra E 7 pros about 4 years ago. Three months in, I lost the left bud.😳 Found it yesterday, wedged in my Summit Trainer. Dispute despite the sweat and rust and time, I still have partial use of that earbud. Probably the most durable earbuds I have ever owned! Even now, the pair is usable. Earbuds will not connect to phone anymore. I've done literally everything that has been told to everyone else and the phone just doesn't recognize them. Will never buy this brand again.

Why did I lose volume control with the latest firmware update for my earbuds? That was a basic function that I used regularly. Once I used much more often than Gemini. This is terrible now.

Every few weeks I have issues that can only be fixed by resetting my earbuds and re-pair them to my devices for some reason. When I do this, all the custom button settings I had also needed to be re-set. We need an option to save the custom button profile to easily restore it to the earbuds after a reset. Also, make the app searchable on the phone using the name "Sabra", not just "Sound+". I seldom use the app, and when I go to search for it, it is more natural to search by product brand.
