Very disappointing experience with The Fork. I booked through the app, paid €34 in full (The fork Pay) and entered the €15 promotional code as instructed, but the discount was not applied. The restaurant also initially marked my booking as a “no-show” despite the successful payment. I tried contacting customer service, but the chat support was extremely unhelpful. The whole process lacks transparency and feels misleading. Very frustrating experience.

Very disappointing Tuna Niçoise salad. No green beans, no olives. Full of lettuce. They should not call it a "Nicoise" salad. I will not return to this restaurant.
