We love the recipes and the food is fresh and tasty, and we don't need to think about what to have, we are a little disappointed that on 2 occasions there has been missing ingredient from one meal and in another, an extra Ingredient

I loved this app and prep meals with their market items but my delivery address requires FedEx delivery + most of my deliveries went missing with me having to wait until following week to get order and then this order went missing etc. I got credit from Marley Spoon but FedEx never had/has authority to come between me (buyer) and merchant (Marley Spoon or etc.) yet continues. I try not to buy anything that FedEx delivers.

By far the best meal choices of all meal subscriptions. I've tried 4 or 5 different ones, including Hello Fresh, Every Plate, and Home Chef. Hello Fresh has good Mediterranean dishes, but their packing method is terrible, and I'd receive warm meats, moldy bread, and aged veggies in 2 out of every 3 boxes. Every Plate and Home Chef had such basic meal choices I didn't order more than one box from both of them. Marley Spoon has the best choices, the best quality meats and veggies, and best packaging.

I started my subscription in April 2025 and loved Marley spoon. However, a few months later around September they started making small mistakes, adding rotten vegetables, missing a few ingredients here or there. It was frustrating, but I still enjoyed not thinking about what I had to cook each night. Finally, around November I started receiving entirely incorrect orders. After sending an email about it and not getting a response I decided to cancel my account.

I set my preference as vegetarian and then changed my default meals to be family-friendly. My husband asked me what was coming next week, and when I went to take a screenshot for him, I noticed it was not what I selected. It was all low-carb meat meals and one vegan meal. I emailed customer service right away, and they flat out refused to help me. I asked that it be canceled and refunded as the box is full of food my family can't eat. He said no and told me he canceled my subscription for me.

Absolute Scam, After researching forever and using Hello Fresh for years thought I'd try Marley Spoon. I got suckered by $253 off if you order now, figured it was definitely worth checking out. So go through the setup, they make sure to get your credit card early. Try to set up my first delivery and of course I don't have the promised promotion. I figured no big deal it happens, support isn't available, so all I can do is email. Also since they've let me pick my recipes it auto orders. BAD
