Adding the ability to sort weekly meals by Prep time, Protein content, and the other filters, as well as adding headers to show when last a meal was ordered is quite literally such a game changer that it forced me to come leave this review. THANK YOU! That literally makes the App a 10/10, as well as the ability to import recipes into the cookbook, makes this such a nice app to use now.

I'm a long time customer and have nothing but praise for Hello Fresh. I'm on the healthy high protein plan...and the meals each week are outstanding. I love the variety...and not having to plan out meals each week. I enjoy preparing the meals after work as a way to relax. It's very economical as you get everything you need and there is no waste. Delivery is outstanding. The app is so easy to use. I enjoy being able to have healthy, fresh meals. Easy to prepare, great value, and delicious!

Just got my first box, it was missing half the proteins for every single menu item, called customer service. They said they'll give me a credit. Not even a refund. I told them I don't need a credit, just send me the proteins and their response was, we don't do that. Now I have to order at least one more box because they gave me a credit instead of a refund. Very bad first impressions.

I wouldn't recommend it. They charged me for a box I didn't want when they are closed, so I couldn't cancel the box. Now I am out 120 dollars and getting food I do not want or need. Food will end up in the trash. DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT

Ordered a week's worth of meals, and they didn't deliver my order due to a "system error" offered no extension on the remaining 20% time limit of my discount offer.
