##30 min resolution @Bozlul I faced an issue where I was asked to pay an extra amount at the hotel during check-in, even though the actual booking amount was different. I contacted OYO customer support and was connected with Bozlul. Bozlul was very helpful, understood my concern, and assisted in resolving the issue. He also made it possible for me to receive a refund of the extra amount charged. Thank you for the prompt support and assistance.

The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning 4 stars. Staff were polite and helpful, also deserving 4 stars. The room was decent but could be improved, so I rate it 3 stars. Overall, a good stay with minor scope for improvement.

Waste application. I had book the room through the application but the hotel denied entry saying that they haven't received the payment. I called 6-7 time to customer care, I explained my situation then they put the call in hold for 10-15 mins after that they cut the call. Not a single help from customer care. My whole money waste.

I booked an OYO hotel for the first time—specifically the 'Collection O' at Dandiya Bazaar, Baroda—and made the payment in advance. I was traveling, and when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, they refused to give me a room, claiming everything was fully booked. Being in an unfamiliar city, I faced a major problem. I called OYO customer care for help; they promised to provide an alternative property but failed to actually arrange a room for me anywhere. I suffered a lot of distress that night

WORST STAY EVER - OYO THIVIM RAILWAY STATION, THIVIM, GOA (UNCLEAN ROOMS, NO TOILETRIES, NO EXTRA SHEETS, NO LOCK ON ROOM DOOR, PLACE IS KEPT LIKE A DUMP. KEEPERS UNDERWEAR & CLOTHES WELCOME YOU IN THE RECEPTION. OWNER DOESN'T RECHARGE Wi-Fi, TV. NO DUSTBINS, NO FREE WATER BOTTLE. TOTAL USELESS PLACE & SPOILING REPUTATION OF OYO. RGDS, SUMATHY R, IMAX Sports, Chennai
