NOT SAFE & Very disappointing experience. Two unauthorized hotel bookings were made through my account in Indonesia, a country I have never visited, using about $92 of my Cash Points. Customer support simply claimed there was no security breach and refused to restore the points because they had already been used. No meaningful investigation details were provided. This is not the first issue I've had with HB. Poor customer support and no accountability, ALL BOOKINGS DETAILS WERE ATTACHED

Don't trust it. The app failed in the only thing It claims to fulfill. I tried to book some hotel, and it is clearly mentioning that the pool is fully secluded. But in the hotel, wasn't the case. Moreover, the hotel denied giving this statement.

I sent multiple emails and notices, but they haven't responded. I am more than willing to take this company down and reduce it to nothing. I sent a lawful notice, and I also added the USPTO for Trademark, so they can't use the Halal trademark because they are not halal, and they use Islam to get money, and they will not honor anything because the last email was August 20, 2025, with no official response. Shame on them and all the woe is due to them.
