Amazing browsing and filtering experience. A real pleasure seeing what's available, compare the amenities with all their detail, then view on a map to plan with other places you want to visit. How they price match is awesome too! The fact that it's an app you log in to only once and then you just pop in after that and carry over from where you left off is great, how it not only saves your favorites but groups them by location is super smart and helpful. . Then you spend 1 hr unable to pay.

I sent multiple emails and notices, but they haven't responded. I am more than willing to take this company down and reduce it to nothing. I sent a lawful notice, and I also added the USPTO for Trademark, so they can't use the Halal trademark because they are not halal, and they use Islam to get money, and they will not honor anything because the last email was August 20, 2025, with no official response. Shame on them and all the woe is due to them.

NOT SAFE & Very disappointing experience. Two unauthorized hotel bookings were made through my account in Indonesia, a country I have never visited, using about $92 of my Cash Points. Customer support simply claimed there was no security breach and refused to restore the points because they had already been used. No meaningful investigation details were provided. This is not the first issue I've had with HB. Poor customer support and no accountability, ALL BOOKINGS DETAILS WERE ATTACHED

Never shows the place that you like to travel from. I didn't go to the last step, but it has to show a few options to choose the airport that suit your travel.
