It was best and easiest for downloading my photos. What the ***** have you done? Because of security issues avoid cloud. I need to empty phone for trip and now not possible. Why? The old one worked. Spent the whole day getting pc to recognize my phone, a Black view 8800 pro. Worked fine before. I could load well over 1000 photos and easily store in pc file for my environmental work Updated app is worthless and overly complicated. Please return the old app. Nothing else compares to it.

Used to use this all the time to transfer pics from Android to iPad, now it will no longer connect. I paid and have used it for years. Very disappointed and am now giving up on it. Pissed off!
